Let's break their boxes: BloWine

Breaking the shipment boxes was the starting point of BloWine approach designing that, trying to give an appropriate and definitive answer to the problem, changes completely the way to think about safe shipping of wine bottles.

Maintaining, even strengthening the ideas of protection and conservation, wich are the essential requirements, BloWine replaces concept, material and form of favorite box types, using a new material as lightweight air cushion that has it can be inflated and deflated as required.

The idea is to protect the glass of the bottle, but at the same time to preserve the wine itself, that is the reason why BloWine has double meaning and functions.

Designed sending just a bottle, BloWine can be used for more pieces, taking advantage of the adaptability and flexibility of the shape and structure. BloWine allows to "break their boxes" by new, comfortable and creative alternative.

Nel Segno di Guglielmo

La mia Signorina

Sin dal primo istante l’intento era quello di compiere un azione di astrazione logica del segno, un ossimoro figurato per il quale una forma ben definita morfologicamente e storicamente fosse completamente dissociata dal suo contesto e ri-editata in un’altra assolutamente nuova: lo stemma normanno si rende antropomorfo, diventa forma femminile nell’atto di donare e sorreggere il suo stesso “Segno”. Sogno e segno si incrociano in un’unica figura. Essa scivola tridimensionalmente, indicando ed accompagnando con la mano verso un possibile varco, una porta, una nuova dimensione.

La verità è che tutto ciò è solo il frutto della fantasia della mente di una bambina, che ha sempre e solo letto ed immaginato “il Giglio” non come ciò che in realtà fosse, ma come una semplice “Signorina”, anzi come tante “Signorine” che, una accanto all’altra, tenendosi per mano giocano, ballano e accompagnano chi le osserva.

Dunque, in realtà, il compito è stato piuttosto semplice, si è data voce alla fantasia di quella bambina che, se pur cresciuta, continua ad immaginare e sorridere nel guardare le sue Signorine danzanti, che son quasi grate di essere state finalmente svelate per ciò che realmente esse sono.

How will be the future? How will be our homes?

We can imagine a futuristic scenarios, totally automatic house and absolutely new way to live. But if the problem is linked to the energy, we have to think about this technologies in term of energy saving.

We know many great examples of new techno – automate house designs , but what about the many edifices that fill our cities?

It is not possible to demolish all of them, it is necessary to find an easy way to transform them in order to improve the usage of renewable energy, to reduce the consumption, Co2 emissions and, at least, change, with simple actions, the aspect and the perception of the home and of the cities.

Energy lifting is a future vision, a prospective way to modify the existing buildings of our cities, in terms of energy saving and eco-sustainable approach, by installing the future technologies. There is an important aspect about the Skin of the buildings, as a real and  human skin, it works and lives keeping the optimal climatic conditions of the house.
I imagine that it will be possible to add eco- elements on the buildings, as new skin on the facade, which is able to absorb, cumulate and convert the energy that comes naturally from the sun, air and water.

Milano Expo 2015 -Via di Terra- Public/Open/different-06-07/09

FeedMi is a system of social and cultural integration. At the same time, the residents in Milan and the visitors of Expo 2015 can meet with and get to know different food traditions of the existing ethnic groups. The project will be developed in the innovation area of the project Via di Terra, emphasizing five points where principal ethnic groups exist.

After the analysis, Stazione Centrale is labeled as international zone and the initial point to start off the path. Then come;

-Piazza dei Carbonari: Indian

-Parco dei Martiri: Egyptian

-Bicocca: Romanian

The goal of Feed Mi project is to bring people together from different countries and let them interact with each other.
